Inspiration as a legacy. When the art of living is first and foremost a beautiful family story.
Having inherited an aspiration for Art from her family, Victoria Poniatowski’s unique taste for decorative art was influenced by the admiration of her ancestor Jeanne Lanvin’s creations and refined lifestyle.
Her curiosity matured as she often helped her mother Ariane, President of the Paris Tout P’tits non-profit organisation, collect pieces of Art and organise charity auctions at Christie’s or Artcurial.
Following a Master in Art Business at Sotheby’s Institute of London, Victoria Poniatowski began her career at the Fine Art Fund in London, before setting up her own art consultancy company. She manages her clients’ collections, museum donations as well as planning Art events. Together with the philanthropist Basma Al Sulaiman, she runs the project BASMOCA, the first virtual museum of an actual private collection which promotes emerging contemporary artists.
Sharing beauty, discovering new talents and unique pieces of Art inspire her. In Paris where she lives, Victoria has recently co-founded “MAM Millenials”, a committee that aims to promote and support the Paris Museum of Modern Art.
With Victoria Poniatowski Design, her passion for design and art de la table translates in unique or limited edition pieces revealed online as if at home… Within reach.
